Mr. Randy Yeung has extensive corporate finance experience in the Chinese and Hong Kong markets offering advisory services to companies and financial institutions over the past years in the areas of structured finance, syndicated loans, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, etc.

After completing his MBA at the University of Toronto, Canada, Mr. Yeung joined the corporate finance department of Standard Chartered Bank and was responsible for the development of loan financing business with major real estate companies in Hong Kong. Later, he joined the investment banking arms of both Bank of China Group and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China with a focus on private equity, credit and fund management businesses in Hong Kong and China. Mr. Yeung has participated in and led a number of large-scale advisory projects, including the US$1 billion debt restructuring of Guangdong Investment Co., Ltd., the RMB9 billion debt and asset restructuring of Delong Group, and the RMB10 billion debt and asset restructuring of Sanjiu Group Work.
