Mr. Ching Chi Fai is the executive chairman and founders of Ming Fai International Enterprise. Born in 1961, Hong Kong. A company he set out to establish in the 1980’s to supply exceptional hotel amenities products with superior customer service. Mr. Ching holds several degrees in Management from The China Business Centre (CBC), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Advance Management Consultants Limited.

In the 1980’s, Mr. Ching had a vision to revolutionize the industry of manufacturing hotel amenities product by founding a company with superior customer service and reliable products and shipping. With this vision Ming Fai Group rapidly expanded and established the reputation of being reliable, responsible, professional and international enterprise with excellent brands. In 2003, the Ming Fai Industrial Park was completed, the impressive facility comprises of over 1.3 million Sq ft. Mr. Ching also established another factory in 2006, located in Luoding, Guangdong province. It is over 12,401 sq m and specializes in producing accessory products. On November 2007, Ming Fai Group was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE:3828); becoming the first hotel amenities supplier to go public in the PRC region. On September 1st, 2010, Ming Fai Group successfully acquired with “7Magic”, one of the leading young and causal female cosmetic and accessories retailers across China. In anticipation of business growth, Mr. Ching established “Ming Fai Innovative & Development Skin Care Lab” in Hong Kong in 2011, becoming the first company to attain ISO 22716:2007 certification in Hong Kong, dedicated to the manufacturing of quality cosmetics products. In the same year, we diversified our product and service offerings by establishing another subsidiary company called “Changshu Ming Fai Travel Products Co. Ltd.”, providing laundry cleaning and rental services to hotels.

Owing to Mr. Ching’s business vision and the ability to grasp the big picture of the market, Ming Fai Group is steadily expanding its business territory and managing to develop various business operations. Founded for over 30 years, Ming Fai Group has now run its business covering from manufacturing, trading, retail market to service with its products sold across the world, while establish a reputation of being the leader in the industry.
