Mr. Ma is the Managing Director of Luk Ka International Limited.

Active in both public and social services, Mr. Ma has served in the Second and Third Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Longgang District of Shenzhen.  He is also 2011-2012 President of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong Financial Centre and the Vice-Chairman of the Scout Association of Hong Kong Kowloon Region.
